Some girls from the salon & I had an Aveda Styling class in Winnipeg today, and we all enjoyed it! It's always fun to learn new things, and I can't wait to try out some of the techniques on my clients.
When we took a break for lunch, one of the girls suggested we go to a little place (on the same St.) called Bonfire Bistro, and I'm glad she did! It was amazing. It's such a warm and cozy atmosphere. They make the pizzas from scratch and woodfire them, *so* yummy. I had the Artichoke, Red Pepper & Feta. One of the girls had the Prosciutto, Pear & Arugula. Will definitely be going there again!
Hope you all had a lovely Monday as well.... and Happy March!! (Spring is almost heeeeeere!)

I loooove Bonfire Bistro! They have amazing soups, and my fiance is nuts about their sandwiches. But then...he's just nuts about sandwiches, so that might not be saying much :P Do you go to the ABA? I always have fun at that, and I went to the Farouk Systems show at the casino this year too. I love seeing so many hair dressers crammed into one room, haha
ReplyDeleteThat pizza looks amazing! I'm feeling inspired to try making my own little pizzas at home, and that topping combination sounds delish.
ReplyDeleteWe have a place here in Kingston that does Woodfired pizzas - this makes me want to go there!
