I tried out the new mixer, and a new recipe as well!! My aunt makes the most amazing cream cookies, and they are Ryan's favorite.. so I asked her for the recipe and she gladly shared. I am so pleased with how they turned out! (and pleased with how the mixer works too!)

Yum! I wish I could bake but I am an excellent eater especially home made almond Rocha YUM!

ReplyDeleteThose cookies look delicious, and I love that the frosting is a yummy shade of green like your mixer! My favorite thing to bake at this time of year would have to be cookies. I made a new recipe for Christmas - glazed lemon ricotta cookies - they were fun to make and turned out really well!

ReplyDeleteBecka: They're a lot softer and fluffier than sugar cookies. 1 1/2 cups of cream is in the recipe, and it like eating a cloud! :P
