Just browsing the Ruche site, and wanted to share a few of my favorite items with you. :)

I think their site is beautiful, and feminine, and makes me want to get dolled up go out with my friends.
Notes from the day:
- I finished crocheting a blanket for Delilah (7 months later!) I just need to weave in the ends once I find my yarn needle, and then I will post photos, and the pattern. :)
- I made grilled quesadillas for supper.
- I went for a walk with my friend Ashley, and we enjoyed iced coffees.
*Thanks for all the great advice on the french press! I haven't used it yet... I need to get myself some quality course grind coffee first. I love that my blog readers are coffee addicts too! ;)
love love,

The build-in-scarf looks great! That colour is fantastic! And the bow dress is also very cute. It's hot in Holland at the moment so summer dresses are very welcome. I went shopping last weekend but it's sad to see every shop filled with autumn collection already...

i just posted about RUCHE yesterday myself. such pretty dresses and great prices . . . they're fabulous!
ReplyDeletei may have a new addiction! love the stuff at ruche. and it's not too expensive either.
ReplyDeletetim horton's coarse grind is pretty good.
There are patterns online for crocheted french press cozies. It really helps keep the coffee warm. We love using ours, but the coffee does get colder faster than in a coffee maker. Hope you enjoy experimenting!
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute site! Love the bow dress. :)
ReplyDeletelove your cute new french press! it is correct that coarse grind has much better flavor. i recommend only purchasing whole beans and then just lightly pulsing them in a coffee grinder. coffee grounds lose their flavor over time, but will lose less if kept in whole bean form. french press is the best...it really keeps all the natural oils and flavor!!
ReplyDeleteYour Ruche picks are divine. I want them all! Can't wait to see baby D's blanket :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link to the cute stuff from Ruche - love the prices too!
