I was at work today, and actually a few days this past week. I felt a little rusty after not taking clients for the past few months! Especially with the new Aveda product/color, I was feeling out of the groove....
But after today, I feel much better! I feel like a fun hairstylist again, which feels awesome!! I'm thankful to have my SIL around to watch the kids, and Ryan watched both of them today, and Delilah took a bottle no problem, so I feel good about going back to work. It'll only be part time (I'd miss my little ones too much otherwise), but getting back into it is going to be great.
Feeling positive today.
Hey holly! I'm glad you're back at work! I'd like a hair cut soon :) my hair is almost long enough to make into a short bob. I heard that you did kelseys hair! she said it was the best hair cut she has ever had. good job!

ReplyDeleteGen: thanks! Yeah pumping isn't the most convenient, but I'm just over the moon that it's working!! (I had so many troubles with nursing Simon I had to quit around this time with him).
ReplyDeleteI use the Medela Mini Electric pump, for about 6 or 7 minutes per side, and I'm good to go, so it doesn't take too long. :)
Good to hear things are okay! Life can be pretty hectic as a mother. I have two kids, two and 5 years old, and I work oarttime so I know how hard it can get!
