don't these look yummy??

source: weheartit.

I've been itching to make homemade marshmallows.
They just look so pretty! I think they would make a lovely gift too, for the holidays. Who wouldn't want a pretty box of marshmallows, right?
Does anyone have a good recipe they would like to share?

  1. There is a recipe that looked fairly simple that I saw on Giada at Home. They looked actually easy and doable, not to mention the end result was lovely. Good luck.

anyways, had to comment because i actually made homemade peppermint marshmallows a few years ago to give as gifts and it was so fun. its not an easy process but totally worth the work. : )

  6. I made some with strawberry jello last year and my kids loved them. I don't like jello and couldn't get past the fact that they were made from it to try them. Wow that was really not helpful. I was just going to say they are fun to make though and worth the effort and they aren't very hard. :)
