I was working on some cute embroidery patterns last night, and I wanted to try one them out today... an embroidered granny square? strange? maybe... but oh well.
I listened to this new album today:
it's lovely.
ps: I made a video tutorial of how to make a granny square today... it was 16 minutes long..... it was also recorded WITHOUT THE STINKIN SOUND! grr. lol, so I'll try it again when the motivation comes back. I mean come on.... 16 minutes talking about a granny square...... I'm not ready to do it again yet, sorry. LOL

Gah, that is so frustrating about the video! That has happened to me before :( I would definitely appreciate the video, so I can't wait until you decide to remake it. I love the granny square embroidery :D Something tells me it would be much easier to do than the actual crocheted one C:

The embroidered granny square is splendid! (I rather like it more than actual granny squares!) I've often thought of embroidering quilt blocks...this may be the inspiration I've needed to try it...
