I have always wanted to try hot yoga but I have heard it was ridiculously hot!! I am not sure that I could handle it :) lol

I use to do hot yoga and the first few classes were rough. I stuck with it though and loved it. I don't think I was ever in better shape. Well...that was several years ago. Now I am terrified to go back and give it another go. Hmm...maybe I will just suck it up and go!
