I was thinking about things that I would like to make with my sewing machine one day... and patchwork pillows came to mind. So I decided to sketch a patchwork pattern... if you could design your own cushion, what would it look like?

I remember making those at Laura's birthday party in like grade 8, lol. Not that high tech, but y'know.

Looks great Holly! And that Birthday party was some good times. Holly you should check out paper piecing (which is what we did in gr 8) and see if you can figure out how to make your own patterns. It would be a simple way to make your sketch into a pillow.

ReplyDeletelala.kati: yes I just used html to customize my blog, with the help of my technologically advanced husband. It can be difficult, but there are many good tutorials online.
oh, and I made my header and subheaders in photoshop.
